Fall Fundraiser

Our fall fundraiser is still in full swing! Packets are due on Thursday, October 9th. This week we shared all the prizes with students that they are eligible to receive. Students were very excited to hear that anyone who sells 20 items will get to go on the party bus limo ride to the donut shop! Thank you for all your support!

RTI

This week we started our building wide RTI (or intervention) time. Teachers have analyzed beginning of the year assessment data and placed students in groups based on the skills the most need support with. Every K-2 student at Hannah Cole participates in daily RTI supports that are appropriate for them. Feel free to reach out to your child's teacher if you have questions!

Please try to make sure your child is at school during their intervention time--arrive on time, and avoid scheduling appointments.

Kindergarten: Daily from 1:10-1:40
1st & 2nd Grade: Daily from 8:05-8:35

Arrival and Dismissal Reminders

Please share the following information with anyone that drops off or picks up your child:

  • Adults need to remain in vehicles. When adults get out of vehicles this slows our drop off and pick up lines down. If your child has trouble unbuckling or buckling, feel free to park and help them.
  • Pull all the way forward. We have staff all along the sidewalk to help students get into the building.
  • Preschoolers can enter the building at either the PK doors OR at the front doors. Staff inside will help them get to their classrooms.
  • At dismissal, cars can park in BOTH back rows. We will dismiss the WEST side, EAST side and then cars from the main entrance. If you arrive before the buses, check the back rows to see if there are available spots.
